Yes, we offer free shipping globally for all items. We deliver worldwide, bringing our handcrafted jewellery to clients across the globe. Once the item is shipped, we will share the tracking detail with you and keep you updated along the journey.

Returns & Guarantees

20. What is your return or exchange policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on Custom Pieces because of the custom and handcrafted nature of the work, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Of course, if there is an issue with the product, we will fix or replace any faulty products. 

21.  Do you offer certificates or appraisals?
Yes, certificates of authenticity are provided for diamonds and gemstones, along with appraisals for insurance if needed.

13. What warranty do you offer?
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover general wear and tear. If you have any concerns, contact our office and we will help resolve issues - non-faulty concerns are the customer's responsibility.
