SHIPPING RATES
We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is successfully placed, we will process it within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney Studio.
AUSTRALIA
Express registered shipping: 1-3 business days via DHL Express, FedEX, Australia Post Express.
INTERNATIONAL
Express registered shipping: 7-10 business days via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express.
Please note, international shipments are exempt from Australian GST but may be subject to local taxes and duties upon entry into your destination country. Shipping quotes do not include duties and taxes.
Harlin Jones Fine Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors such as weather, customs processing, or technical issues.
While we strive to offer worldwide delivery, currently our courier services do not deliver to: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Russia. Additional restrictions may apply. If your destination isn’t listed or you need further assistance, please contact us at sumer@harlinjones.com.

FULFILLMENT TIMELINES
Each piece of Harlin Jones jewellery is carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality, which may extend production times. We appreciate your patience and are happy to hear about any special dates or requests—though we cannot guarantee expedited timelines.
For made-to-order engagement rings, custom pieces, wedding, or ceremonial jewellery, please allow 6-8 weeks. These are approx. timelines, and some pieces can be made faster and some may need more time, depending on the details of your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
HOW LONG DO SHIPMENTS TAKE?
Shipping confirmation is sent once your order is on its way. Expect delivery within 1-3 business days for most destinations. All domestic shipments are made via DHL Express, FedEx or Australia Post and are fully insured until signed for on delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST?
Free shipping is available for orders.
CAN MY ITEM BE SHIPPED TO A P.O. BOX?
Due to security policies, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, as a signature upon delivery is required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CAN MY ITEM BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International shipments are sent via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express, both requiring a signature upon receipt and fully insured.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred upon entry into their country, as these are excluded from shipping quotes.

STORE PICK UP
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM IN-STORE?
Yes. In-store pickup is available at our Sydney studio. Please select this option at checkout, and our team will contact you once your order is ready. For same-day pickup, contact us directly to arrange.
Orders not collected within 60 days will be retained or shipped upon confirmation.
SHIPPING TO HARLIN JONES (For Aftercare Services)
HOW DO I SHIP TO HARLIN JONES?
All shipments to us require prior authorization. Please email us at sumer@harlinjones.com to obtain return instructions. Unapproved shipments will be returned.
Ensure your jewellery is carefully packaged to avoid damage. We do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your parcel and keeping tracking details safe. For high-value items, consult your insurer for the best shipping method.
