Please read these terms carefully before placing an order through this site. Once you proceed you are confirming that you agree to the points stated on this page.
Harlin Jones welcomes anyone over the age of 18 with a valid credit card.
Harlin Jones uses a different number of secure payment gateways. When placing an order with Harlin Jones, you (the customer) confirm that you are authorised to use your selected card.
To ensure this site is safe, we utilise SSL technology, which is the most advanced safety encryption obtainable.
Every care and duty within our power is taken to ensure this site is secure, and we make an effort to use all available technology and safety measures. Therefore, Harlin Jones cannot be held responsible for any loss suffered because of unauthorised access to this site.
The order confirmation you receive at the end of a transaction serves as an indication that we have received your order, but it does not mean it has been accepted through our system. Although every effort is made to ensure the quantities and products are up to date on the site, very occasionally some items may not be available after you have placed an order for them. In this case, Harlin Jones will notify you as soon as possible via email and you can choose to either proceed with the remainder of your order and select an alternative style, or be refunded for the cost of the unavailable item.
We work hard to create rings that fit a broad spectrum of fingers.
By taking a ring with a similar shaped band and measuring the diameter you can get a good indication of your size. Our collection pieces come in 3 different sizes
Small - Medium - Large ( please see product description for more information on sizing)

All full-price orders come in its own gift box. These are intended to house your jewellery items so in order to protect the piece and increase its longevity. Harlin Jones jewellery is designed to be timeless, non-trend driven, and the boxes are intended to help ensure your pieces will have a maximum life cycle.
If your order is made up of multiple gifts please leave a comment in the order notes regarding how many gift boxes you require, otherwise all items will be bundled into one larger gift box.
Sale items cannot be guaranteed a gift box, but we will do our best to allocate one to each sale order. If boxes are out of stock for sale items we will ensure it is lovingly wrapped.
From time to time we will offer sales and discount coupons on items within Harlin Jones. Please read the returns policy carefully on these specific events, as they will alter.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All purchases on harlinjones.com are final so please read information of product carefully! If unsure of any information regarding any product, please contact us and we will do our best to clarify any details.
Please open your package and inspect your order promptly following delivery and notify us via the CONTACTS page within 24 hours of delivery if it contains an incorrect or damaged item or if it is missing an item. We are not liable for any damaged, incorrect or missing items not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
